Ayurveda, an Ancient Indian Medicine, will help you discover your Body Type, What it needs & how Yoga & Meditation can help Heal & Relax you. ![]() Your sessions start with a 30 minute workshop where we learn about our Ayurvedic constitutions Vata, Pitta & Kapha with Michael followed by a 60 minutes Restorative / Yin & Yoga Nidra session with Alana. If you’re keen to come along to the next event – it’s going to take place on May 12th.A 4 series weekly Workshop every Tuesday from 5:30pm to 7:00pm for 4 weeks! After class we played around with a few fun photos & some acro. Such a beautiful, flowing, ocean themed class – and being able to just watch fish swimming all around you was pretty special. Jay led this beautiful Aqua Yoga session in collab with Cairns Aquarium, and it was a complete hit. People chat with one another before and after classes – the community vibe is strong, and totally encouraged. ![]() Of the many studios I’ve practiced in, there really isn’t anything quite like the experience these guys have created.
